No basting required. For a 10 to 12 1b bird, mix entire Package of rub with 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil or melted butter. Rub on turkey and roast as usual (again, do not baste). Take your food to the next level! Substitute white wine, apple or orange juice for a portion of the oil. Add some of the dry rub when you are preparing your stuffing or dressing.
